Support Consultant

Description

Be responsible for technical support and implementation services requiring strong understanding of business information flow, detailed understanding of our products' functionality and appropriate application recovery procedures following network/workstation "crashes". Troubleshoot both technological and functional issues related to the use of our products. Spend time in the field providing implementation services, gaining a high degree of knowledge about customers' system configuration and business processes. You must be able to work within the Services team adhering to our methodologies, project schedules and quality standards.

Qualifications

  • 4-year degree in IS, Business, Accounting or a related business field
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Business Solutions and Great Plains Software products a plus
  • Consulting and/or technical support experience is highly desirable
